How do I rent a unit?
Start by submitting your reservation online — browse available units, pick your size, and fill out the short reservation form. From there, we'll reach out within one business day to confirm your rental agreement and get payment set up. It's a quick call or email, and most tenants are fully confirmed and ready to move in the same day.
Do I need to come in person to sign anything?
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All rentals are month-to-month. You stay as long as you need and give notice when you're ready to move out. No annual commitments, no early exit penalties.
Can I rent more than one unit?
Yes. You can rent multiple units under the same account. Each unit will have its own rental agreement and billing.

Getting in and staying secure
What are the gate hours?
The gate is automated and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no restricted access hours — your code works any time.
How does gate access work?
You'll receive a unique numeric access code once your rental is confirmed. Enter it at the gate keypad to open the gate. Your code is tied to your account and works for as long as you're a tenant.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. The facility is fully fenced and gated, with access limited to current tenants via individual codes. The property is monitored 24/7 by security cameras. Units are solid steel CONEX containers built to withstand Idaho weather and resist forced entry.
What if I forget or lose my access code?
Contact us and we'll get your code to you. Reach out by email or phone and we'll respond quickly.
Billing & Payments
Payments and pricing
How does billing work?
We use autopay. Your payment processes automatically each month on your billing date. You'll receive a receipt by email. There's nothing to mail in and no office payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our online rental system.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly rate you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no admin fees, and no surprise charges.
What happens if my payment fails?
You'll receive an email notification if a payment doesn't go through. Update your payment method online to keep your account current and avoid any interruption to your access.
Moving In & Out
What to expect
When can I move in?
Once we've connected to confirm your rental agreement and your payment is set up, you'll receive your gate access code and can move in right away. Most tenants are confirmed and moving in within one business day of their reservation.
What can I store?
Household goods, furniture, appliances, seasonal gear, business inventory, equipment, and vehicles (depending on unit size). Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishables, and anything illegal.
How do I cancel my rental?
Give us notice before your next billing date and we'll close out your account. Remove all belongings from the unit, leave it clean, and ensure the door is secured when you're done.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No. A lock is provided for your unit. We'll go over the details when we connect to confirm your reservation.
