Submit a Request Online
Once you've picked your unit, submit your request online and we'll reach out within one business day to schedule a time to show you the facility and walk you through the space.

We Show You the Space & Get You Signed
We'll schedule a time to walk you through the facility, show you the available unit, and answer any questions you have before you commit.
Once you're happy, we'll get your rental agreement signed — in person or we can send it to you electronically. We provide your lock and key at this stage so you're ready to move in.
Set Up & Move In
Once your agreement is signed and payment is set up through the tenant portal, you'll receive your unique gate access code. Drive up to 6170 W Bedrock Rd, use your code through the gate app to open the gate, and start moving in — no appointment needed.
The gate is automated and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your code is yours for as long as you're a tenant.

Once you're in, managing your unit is just as simple as getting started.

Your gate code works 24/7. Come and go as often as you need — early mornings, late nights, weekends. No restrictions, no check-ins.
Autopay Runs Itself
Your payment processes automatically on your billing date through the tenant portal. You'll get a receipt by email. Nothing to remember, nothing to mail in.
Flexible When You Need It
Month-to-month tenants can move out at any time — just contact us to start the process and we'll confirm your final billing date. Annual tenants enjoy a discounted rate for the commitment. Either way, moving out is straightforward and we'll walk you through it.
